Noodle With Chicken and Mushroom

Preparation:
Slice chicken breast fillet in cubes and wash it. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick saucepan and heat. Add chicken pieces that are washed on it and start frying at high heat. Peel and wash mushrooms while frying chicken pieces. Cut mushrooms in thin slices and add them to the fried chicken pieces. Fry mushrooms and chicken pieces at high heat rapidly. (They will cook in a short time.) Add half tea glass of frozen peas to the saucepan and close the saucepan's lid. Cook peas at medium heat for 5 minutes until they soften. In the mean time, boil plenty of water in a separate saucepan and boil Lamien Noodles for 5 minutes. Do not add salt to boiling water. When noodles are boiled, drain them and wash with cold water.

Get back to chicken, mushrooms and peas. Finally, add half tea glass of canned corn and add 5 tablespoons of soy sauce and fry for a few more minutes at high heat. Add Noodles we drained and fry them together for a minute more at high heat. Since soy sauce is a salty sauce, we do not use salt. Noodle with Chicken, Mushroom and Soy Sauce is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
175 gr of Lamien Egg Noodle
1 piece of chicken breast fillet
6 mushrooms
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Half tea glass of frozen peas
Half tea glass of canned corn
5 tablespoons of soy sauce


Baklava Dessert

Preparation:
For its syrup; put water and sugar in a deep saucepan and stir until sugar dissolves. Let the syrup boil after sugar dissolves. When it starts to boil, boil for 10 minutes like this. Lower the heat and add two drops of lemon juice to the syrup. Leave at a low heat for about 10 minutes for thickening and then remove from heat. Leave it to cool at room temperature.

Grease the tray to be used for making baklava. Place one layer of Farina baklava phyllo in the bottom of tray. Sprinkle ground walnuts all over it and place one layer of baklava phyllo on it. Grease with a mixture of melted butter and oil by using a brush, place phyllo again and sprinkle another layer of walnuts.

Arrange all layers in such a way that it will be a baklava consisting of one layer of greased phyllo and one layer of sprinkled walnuts consecutively. Brush 3 layers of baklava phyllo to be put on top with only butter and put them on top of each other. Slice with the help of knife in the shape of diamond. Bake in preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until brown on top. After removing from the oven, wait until baklava loses its initial temperature and pour cold syrup all over it. After baklava absorbs syrup thoroughly, enjoy it with your loved ones.

4 water glasses walnut meat (ground)
1,5 water glass of oil
1 water glass of butter (melted)

For its syrup:
4 water glasses of water
2 water glasses of sugar
2 drops of lemon juice
